Tourists use police and fire services, yet the tax burden for the police station is entirely paid by locals with and over the top 2% Real Estate Transfer Tax. The funding for fire facilities is again by locals with an increase property tax. Only vote yes after locals are assured that tourists will also share the tax burden.
